Here is an isometric shooter that James Luke made a couple of months ago. He's a good friend of mine. Although his games are simplistic, they're quite a challenge and do have some good ideas.

Music by Tom Cotton.

Run about, collecting health and shooting enemies! Includes 32 direction shooting, enemies with vision and 3 action packed levels!

Well, the game is really simplistic like you said yourself. They're a lot of obvios problems, but I must say, it's surprisingly fun and enjoyable. And the difficulty keeps you on your edge.

WOW. the best game ive ever played thats made in 2 hours ITS JUST GREAT the graphics in that type of game i dont care so much about it but its real and so on for a game made in 2hours i GIVE IT 10/10
