I need graphics!!

I am making a game called "The Chipmunk Games" which was requested by a friend of mine. The game will be on a side on view. I want really cartoonie style graphics (vibrant colours. Kinda like the style in this game). I will need the following graphics:
A character (chipmunk) with fast moving legs that seem to move around at 100 times per second. The character will have to have the following movements animations:
1. Static
2. Walking
3. Running
4. Jumping
5. Falling
6. Sliding (for long jump)
7. Swimming (and a turning in a pool animation)

Then I will need some backgrounds. I will need:
Summer: trees, sky and clouds.

I will need the following weather varients:
1. Sunny

For the events I will need:
1. Hurdles
2. A track
3. A sandpit
4. A pool

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS GOING TO BE A SIDESCROLLER.
