How long can you survive?

Outfitted with highscores too :) . How do you guys like those library graphics? I tried to use as much of built in MMF2 graphics as I could. The only graphics I made were the buttons after losing, and the switches at the top left. I edited the ship to make the lives but only to shrink it. Everything else is from the library.

This is not the final version of the game - the final version will be Flash.

EDIT: More time between waves, and more visible editbox. Fixed the restart bugs. :)

EDIT2: Now supports the WIIMOTE! If you have a bluetooth dongle or capability, you can connect your wiimote and the game starts as soon as the connection is registered. With the wiimote comes some extra stuff!
NOTE: Must have a nunchuck or the game crashes :O

Missles: Press A
Lasers: Hold 'C' on the nunchuck and press B
Fireshot: Hold 'Z' on the nunchuck and press B
Shoot: Press B
Move: Nunchuck joystick

Without a nunchuck (SIDEWAYS WIIMOTE - D-Pad on left):
Lasers: Hold 'B' and press 1
Fireshot: Press 1
Shoot: Press 2
Move: D-Pad (right is up etc)
Missiles: Press A or push the Wii Remote fast

You don't need BlueSoleil software, but otherwise that's how you do it. Another trouble shoot - if you can't get the Wiimote to connect, try deleting the device in bluetooth settings and re-adding it. It usually works for me ;)

Im sure this is not suppose to happen, but after I lose all my lives and then submit my score when I restart the game i start with the last score i had?
Also I restart with only 1 life?

there are too many enemies coming at you to early < I think the enemy attacks should gradually progress then get fierce then a small break then progress again (but this time more fierce) and so on....
Or something like that (just a thought)

I thought I missed something when I changed it from restarting the application to restarting the frame :)

As far as too many enemies, they're already spaced out... should there be more time in between waves?

Oh one more thing...The space where you type in your name to submit your score is hard to see, maybe a lighter color?

Looking much better. One problem though, When I lose all my lives....nothing happens? enemies just keep coming and my health slowly goes up but I have no ship??

The Z,C,B keys don't work for me so I don't get any lasers etc.

The spacing of the enemy waves is much better now, its becoming a really fun game :D

What about the keyboard controls? I get that it autofires, but too slowly. I'll try it again with the wiimote and nunchuk before passing judgement.

Watermelon: I haven't updated the keyboard for a long time. For the keyboard, all you can do is move. If you get the Bullet looking type things you can shoot faster. It was intended to be a mobile phone game but I recently discovered I could use the WiiMote object after I got my bluetooth and added the extra modes ;)

Wiimote is much, much more fun, trust me

About a month ago I found out how to plug the wiimote into a computer with a bluetooth and was also planning to somehow make it work with MMF2. Can you show me how you did it?
