RickyRombo, since it's transliterated, there's no "correct" spelling. Although it is spelled with a chet which makes the "ch" sound, not an "h," so I consider any spellings that don't begin with "ch" wrong. I spell it Chanukah.

Chanookah would be just as correct, but generally you use a 'u' instead of 'oo.'
