New Lacewing Video Tutorials
DizzyDoo (Matt Luard) has created a series of video tutorials showing how to use Jamie's Lacewing Object for Multimedia Fusion 2. Lacewing is a networking extension that allows you to create multiplayer games and online applications with MMF2.

What's Lacewing??? I thought the newest online extension was OINC!!! And I still haven't downloaded that! And what was ever wrong with MOO besides being unsupported and all...
Lacewing is a rebranded (and I think recoded) OINC.

OINC was a way cooler name
Maybe I ought to download it. I had a great idea for a very competitive and fun online game.
Jamie changed the name mainly because it isn't MMF2 only. It's a networking library that can be used in C++ and I think Python as well. Creating the Lacewing Protocol would sound much better on a resume than the OINC Protocol; and the only people who would make the reference are Klikers.
Err. No I didn't, Jacob. I changed the name because it was a rewrite, and I thought it deserved a new name
And I like the name Lacewing better.

I like the Lacewing name way better than OINC.
I don't care what it's called, since it works either way!
But now Klikfarm's name isn't as awesome.

First of all, I thank Matt Luard for coming up with such wonderful deals of the tutorials of Jamie’s Lacewing Object. I really had no idea how to use Jamie Lacewings object for multimedia fusing. With respect to the project that I am in now, it was very essential for me to create some multiplayer games of vivid categories. Through your tutorials, things were made much simpler! I think the integration of MMF2 factor might have been the reason why OINC was cut!
Nice,now I can forget about example essays for school!
