Hopefully this will show people different ways to make rpgs, and hopefully make mmf2 rpgs seem less impossible. I have a Paper Mario fake 3d/2.5d engine too, but I'm not yet ready to submit it.

This uses LOTS of counters. That's just how I roll.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE TRYING=

Space bar counts as A.
CTRL/Control counts as B
This engine has some of my own stuff in too.
It's for a game I'm making later.
Press A just before a jump lands to do a double jump
Press Right the moment the hammer star light turns on to do a mega smash
Doing this will gain you two stars each time
You can use stars to do star moves, selected by the star icon on the action selection

If you want to make the battle longer, change the max value and current value of the counter called "Enemy HP"

Well, not really impossible to make RPG's on MMF, it just takes a lot of determination. I've made quite a bit of RPG battle systems on MMF, I never really submitted any examples though. I might sometime.

Anyway, cool example.
