This rather simple application can be very useful for sharing your sprite animations. If you have an active in MMF2 that has a great animation but you don't want to have to send every frame to your friends to see how cool it is, you can just put them together as an animated GIF file! I use this tool rarely, but when I need it, it's a lifesaver.
