Oh, that is way too hard to decide... I can mention some of my top favorites:
Gunner 3 by KNP Master
Peeto the happy dinosaur by Bogosoft
Terminator by HT Software (oh I wonder where he went...)
Those are from the top of my head. I liked most of the click games it's tough to play favorites like this.

Ive never played Peeto the happy dinosaur, but damn that sounds good. 8)
