I put other, because I couldn't decide. Sometimes a plain old McD's burger is what you need, but DQ's burgers are pretty heavenly too, and Steak 'n' Shake has a taaasty steakburger. And Sonic's are pretty good when they're fresh. Etc etc.
I've hardly even heard of it, let alone seen one or eaten at one. I do like a good homemade burger but, call me crazy, I don't like the usually high meat-to-bread ratio as much as most chains'.

I don't eat burgers. Burgers are disgusting blobs of greese and fat and are only eaten by obese Americans.
in n' out is overrated ketchup.
to truly get the best you have to find little burger shacks. even a small chain will do.
Tommy's is ace. Time-out burger is as well. but nothing beats a good ol'fashion homemade 1/2 pound burger.
In N' Out has overrated Ketchup?
In N' Out is a relatively small chain compared to Burger King or McDonalds.

Only good burger is off the grill
I though In N out was a Californian chain?
It is mostly...there are very few outside of California. And even in California, they aren't on every corner like McDonalds and Burger King are.
seriously? there are 3 within a 5 mile radius of my house. its a west coast chain, california nevada utah and arizona.
Sounds completely over rated, like the Carnegie Deli.
