Hi,

The next thing I can't figure out is how to do the following:
I need an active object play an animation of its own named "W(number)", where (number) ranges from 1-100, and I have a global variable from which I would like to get that (number). So that if global variable is e.g 10, the object would change it's animation to "W10".

All right, what all animations do you have on it? The first custom animation is 11 (I think)so I guess you can say:
-Always
-Run Action once when event loops
>Active-Change Animation Sequence to Global Value A+11

Thanks, actually that was the way I solved it myself; I'm still interested if there's a way to load an animation in this case by name and not by number.

Not that I know of, but I think i would prefer number anyways. Cuz I'm a number sort of guy.
