Hello everyone,
we, Nijumi Games , are currently working on different possibilities to implement different concepts for our game which is why I have prepared a little performance test based on the construction game Castle Carnage to determine the best possible way to determine the potential power of MMF2-HWA and whether or not the idea can be implemented with MMF2.
To start the test just run CastleCarnage.exe and scroll down (using the right mouse button) until the game closes on its own.
Now there should be two additional files in the same directory:
Now please upload both these files (maybe convert capture.bmp into a jpg-file) and post the link into this thread.
In case there is a log.txt but no capture.bmp please start the grp.exe.
The more results we can get the better we can asure that the game will run smoothly on all kinds of computers.

Can you post the technical data/hardware from your pc @Baron von Seltsam, please ?

Not a high end machine to say the least :$
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Processor: AMD Turion 64 X2 mobile technology TL-52 / 1.6 GHz
Chipset Type: ATI Radeon Xpress 1100
Memory: 2GB
This is a low end laptop, (Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Pa1510) but the previous owner was using it to play "Guild Wars", so I imagine it should perform moderately running heavy 2D applications. I have installed a specific graphics driver for this chipset. Does this explain the performance?
i would have expected from those specs it would have run better...

I don't know what happened... I maximized it at about half way, that might have changed something.
